If you could only lift weights twice a week, for one hour each workout, what would you do during those two days? Your goal is to retain and or add as much muscle mass as possible considering the other 5 workout will be cardio based.

I'd do full body twice a week.
A: squat, bench, rdl, row
B: squat, ohp, deadlift, pullups/lat pulldown
I might change the B squat to a front squat depending on what the cardio workouts are.You can't help the hopeless.
