    GLycergrow 2

Hey all, i bought glycergrow 2 to get more veins to pop out, currently 100kg and 18-19% bf estimated, i have one big bicep vein and few veins in forearms which are visable and more when working out, but i see no difference when taking the glycergrow 2.

Been taking 2 scoops on empty stomach and drinking plenty of water like 4-5L a day.

I used it for a while and liked it. I also stacked it with White Rapids (it has glycerol in it as well). Seeing more veins is also dependent on how lean you are vs how much body fat is there...

I was always low carbs.. Used it while cutting. Plus not everyone is going to have explosive veins. I always noticed more on my left bicep and left shoulder vs the right, but I had a larger vein I could see on my right lat vs left. I was fairly lean at the time. My avi pick is about the time I was using it.

Yeah same as me but my right forearm has more small veins popping, but left has one long that leads up to my bicep and almost to my shoulder.

Been getting complinents from gym guys since i started to cut and got more lean (still high i know)

Guess i need to cut more down (aiming for 14 bf before summer)

Get that down some more and you'll notice a little more. I was down to 11% roughly.

15-16% (roughly) is when I started noticing the veins. keep eating at a caloric deficit and get plenty of rest. I have been low carb for about a year and the veins are popping.

It's glycerol...it should help but there are other things you can do too. Vascularity is dependent upon genetics, temperature, training type, and to some degree body fat.

This. Why would you buy a supplement to "make your veins pop" with as high as bf as you have now? You do realize to get the vein popping look I know you are thinking of you need to be at least 10-12% and preferably singles. Of course as others have mentioned this is highly dependent on genetics/blood pressure/body temperature as well
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.

you can't half rep a deadlift.
    you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.

there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

    Low carbs = no veins
Bodyfat over 12% difficult to have veins

Your default pic does not look like you have very low bodyfat.. nothing wrong with that but glycergrow can not bring out veins that are not ready to be brought on. In reality, glycergrows job is to pool water into the extracellular space within the muscle bellies. If you want vascularity, look into occlusion training lol. Srs but not.. i think its a dumb concept. I wouldn't worry about vascularity, focus on building muscle.. when your drop your bodyfat, it will be there.

For sure! I dunno about you guys but I find leg day is the one day where getting a massive pump is actually bad and tends to hinder my workouts that's why i usually stick to lower rep/strength work for my main leg builders

In reality, glycergrows job is to pool water into the extracellular space within the muscle bellies. If you want vascularity, look into occlusion training lol.

^^^ so many don't get this. Dudes over 15% bodyfat taking every 'nitric oxide 9000' supplement in the book and wondering why they aren't seeing 'arm splitting veins!!1'.
