Congratulation for your fat loss, definitely it is loose skin is not fat to worry about. And also, yeah, don't use scans or whatever method they offer to you to measure your bf, they have big margins of error, trust your mirror and act upon it.

I'm going to be devil's advocate, and say it isn't entirely loose skin. You still have a good amount of fat to lose. Anything fatter than the skin on the back of your hand, is in fact fat. If you can pinch an area on your body thicker than the back of your hand, then don't stress about loose skin yet. Trust me, I stopped trying to lose weight because people had me convinced it was loose skin, well I ignored them and lost most of that "loose skin" and still losing more, so keep your head high, and persevere.
Until the fat on your body is not thicker than the skin on the back of your hand.

Typically it's both OP, and that is what it appears to be in your pictures as well.
You have done well to lose all that fat. GJM.
Well it's a bodybuilding forum so most of us are interested in building muscle in general. Most people who lost a lot of weight cannot fill out lose skin with muscle as we cannot gain back as much size in muscle as we lost in fat. No way to predict how skin will change though over time.
Perhaps take a wait and see attitude. Keep training, lose any more fat you want to lose. See how your feeling about this all develops over time? The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
