Pretty sure Gastelum will murk Vitor at this point of his career. Also I wish Shogun would retire because I love him and don't want him to to take any more damage.

RIP Vitor. Unless he catches Gastelum early with those quick hands in the first few minutes I think his tour is truly over.
Agreed on Shogun too. Wasn't his last fight a split decision win over Corey Anderson? I would have liked to see him retire after that.
This is honestly more exciting than UFC 209 after Khabob did his best to ruin the card. Always like watching Barboza too.

I think the difference in size is actually mitigated right now because it's fight week and Vitor is obviously cutting much more weight than Kelvin. I'm not sure when those pictures were taken, but I think it was yesterday or Sunday, which means Vitor hasn't started cutting hard yet.
We won't know for sure, but I bet it's going to be a pretty crazy size difference come Saturday after Vitor rehydrates and bloats up a little bit.

no doubt it is the angle, Vitor is closer to the camera, wearing a short sleeved t-shirt/flexing more, etc. Yes Vitor is bigger than Kelvin (6 ft vs 5'9) and Vitor has fought at LHW while Gastelum has fought at WW. But I don't think the size difference is that massive as it appears here.
And you can always count on FATelum to guzzle 10 chipotles after weigh-ins to make up for the size difference.
That said, Gastelum will probably win. Let's not forget Kennedy was also bigger than Gastelum. Gastelum has quickness and boxing on his side, is very young while Vitor is way past his prime, has a suspect chin and is verging on retirement.
And also with that, this actually looks like a pretty good card. Might be even better than UFC 209. Looking forward to this fight, Barboza and Dariush and the Tim Means vs Oliveira.positivity brah crew

Since pictures aren't 3D, they can make the shorter people look smaller in comparison than they really are, if they are thicker.
With that said, there's definitely a size difference, but KG showed in his last fight that he can beat a bigger fighter. Pretty sure Tim Kennedy is bigger than Belfort, actually.IG: Maupow88

Luke hasn't fought in 9 months. If Vitor defeats Gastelum and doesn't retire I would love to see Rockhold vs. Vitor II. I don't know where Rocksalt is in the rankings (probably number 2 or 3?) and this fight is probably very unlikely to happen.
I think at this point he would prefer to avenge the Bisping loss over Vitor but it seems unlikely he'll get the chance for either at this point.
