White Flood Info:
From the makers of White BLOOD?, CONTROLLED LABS is proud to present: WHITE FLOOD?
FLOOD your system for PEAK performance!
Arginine and Ornithine have been shown to enhance the natural anabolic effects of weightlifting, and even promote greater strength gains within weeks!! In the White Flood? formula, potent doses of Arginine and Ornithine are delivered bonded to an ester, enhancing the absorption and simultaneously prolonging the effects of both compounds. With this controlled delivery system, these compounds can pass through the digestive system intact and deliver incredible pumps and vasodilation.
GABA is an important neurotransmitter that has been used for years as an ergogenic aid. When combined with the stimulants in our exclusive formula, users report a very unique effect that must be experienced to believe, due to enhanced neuron firing in the brain. Users report focused, relaxed, energy without the jitters often associated with stimulant use. GABA has also been shown to boost post-workout growth hormone levels and enhance fat metabolism (more research is needed on the exact mechanism of action).
Anecdotal feedback from power-lifters and strength athletes indicates that Inosine, a precursor to adenosine, may improve training during peak intensity (improving explosiveness and power) by enhancing the regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and enhancing oxygen utilization. It may even benefit the endurance athlete allowing for easier release of oxygen from the blood cells to the tissues leading to performance enhancement. As a bonus, it may also act as a natural anti-inflammatory.
Glucuronolactone is a powerful naturally occurring compound that has been shown to increase focus and concentration, help fight fatigue, and improve mood while providing an instant energy boost. Combined with GABA and caffeine, you have the perfect combination to take your intense workouts to the next level.
Octacosanol is a 28 carbon long-chain saturated primary alcohol naturally occurring in sugarcane wax, spinach and wheat germ (the Octacosanol in White Flood? is from sugarcane wax). Popeye must have been onto something because studies suggest that octacosanol has potent ergogenic properties including the sparing of muscle glycogen stores and increasing the oxidative capacity of muscles. As a bonus, it may help maintain optimal cholesterol levels.
Vanadyl Sulfate is a potent insulin-mimetic that promotes glycogen synthesis, helps maintain blood glucose levels, and may stimulate muscle anabolism by forcing more nutrients directly into the muscles.
Beta-Alanine helps to increase aerobic efficiency, enhance oxygen transport, and reduce lactic acid accumulation in the muscle tissue. Many users also experience a tingling sensation from this compound that revs them up for their workout.
Tyrosine works synergistically with caffeine and other ingredients to help boost your focus and stamina.
To put this formula over the top, we added potassium gluconate (which most closely resembles the potassium found naturally in fruit) and naturally occurring ergogenics like theobromine, evodiamine, and vinpocetine that increase blood circulation and nutrient delivery, enhance focus and oxygen flow, and improve athletic performance. We also included natural antioxidants to aid recovery and reduce oxidative (and other) damage to DNA.
It's time to FLOOD YOUR SYSTEM.... with the most advanced preworkout Nitric Oxide and Energy Enhancer available; White Flood?!

I took my first dose today... since it was the first day I took 1.5 scoops instead of 2.
Noticed effects: Nothing to profound as of yet. Deffinately some increased energy, no doubt. I seemed to sweat a alot today, I barely ever sweat very much while I weight lift. Felt like I could keep going and doing more but I stopped.
I am on week 4 of my routine cycle so it's a pretty intense week
TASTE: Well it's not the best thing I've ever tasted but I wouldn't expect it to be. It starts out fine until you get towards the bottom of your bottle. Pretty bitter at that point, but tolerable none-the-less. I'de give it a 6/10.
MIXABILITY: 10/10 no issues with mixing this stuff, it only had some blue specks at the bottom at first but I let it set for a minute then mixed again and they went away no problem.
I'll try my best to pump out a good log because controlled labs gave me a bit more whiteflood than I initially planned on.
Sidenote: I didn't feel much tingling, I've taken GABA before but didn't feel very much from this. Maybe ill notice it tomorrow when I increase dose.

Ya know what, It wasn't as bad today. I actually kinda liked it. Maybe I had to get used to it was all.
Anyways... Today was kind of a long day and I had chest and shoulders... for some reason I couldn't keep up with my routine today. I think it is mainly I am still congested from a cold and when I do chest I get this massive headache from the pressure built up in my sinus. Very distracting and painful to the point I cannot push myself as hard as I wanted so I did what I could. Took the WHITE FLOOD at 2 scoops today, lots of energy and pumped for the gym. I'll get up before pictures asap. I plan on taking white flood for 2.75 months which will all be a cut and then after that will go into a slight recomp after white flood is dropped.
Tomorrow is off, and I believe it will be the first day of cardio since... well maybe 8 months or so . Gonna do some incline walking. Friday is arms, can't wait to see some effects for that, I tend to get extremely pumped during arm workouts... last week so pumped I walked out with new stretch marks... been using stretch mark cream but seems to do nothing.
See ya friday!

I can't take this guy seriously. He is so easily influenced. Starts out with I dont like the taste and no effect. Then as soon as a CL rep replies. Actually now I LOVE IT AND ITS AWESOMNESS lollllll
Biased log all the way
Btw I have purchased CL products in the past and will again in the future. And I am in no way shape or form saying White Flood is bad. I'm just saying don't base your next purchase on such a useless/biased review/log.

You are a dumbass, all I said was I liked it the second time around because my pallet was used to it. Just like buying a new brand of protein at first to me it takes like UGH then after a few days it tastes like YUM. This log is not biased, I have no reason to bias it the only CL product I've ever used was GreenMAGnitude and I barely respond to creatine. I guess you could say I could bias it based on the fact they gave me extra but really that isn't going to make me say hey this rocks omg omg omg woooo!... I even said my last workout sucked. What else you want? Do me a favor you don't have any kind of **** to back up a negative comment then don't even say anything...
I REPEAT THIS IS NOT A BIASED LOG I am not a controlled labs fanboy. END OF STORY.

Okay today was arms...
Took the WHITE FLOOD 2 scoops with 20 oz of water 25 minutes before workout. Again good clean energy, not tingles form beta alanine or gaba. Huge pump today, usually my pump goes to the muscle that I am working directly but this time when I was doing biceps my forearms were so pumped, same with triceps. I felt like I could keep going non stop. I upped my Close grip bb curl weight by 10 lbs for the same amount of reps that I did last week with 10 lbs lighter. Other than that strength wasn't affected dramatically. My arms must have been 18+ inches pumped today... they looked massive in the mirror.
After the workout I did 20 minutes of incline walking. Over the next week I am going to gradually increase that to 40 minutes. Thats about it, felt REALLY good today!
Will be back monday with some legs!

Yesterday was legs. Changing the clocks has messed my sleep schedule up and boy was I tired yesterday... couldn't stay awake in any of my classes. Wasn't looking up seeing how legs are pretty tiring to do... but despite my tiredness white flood woke me the hell up and it was a DAMN good workout. Calves are starting to feel huge, SLDL went up 20 pounds, good endurance, did 25 mins of walking on an incline after the workout and woddled away.
Today is back, can't wait!

Not a bad back workout! I increase my pulldown by 10 pounds (180lbs) and v-bar pulldown 10 pounds (190) dumbell rows 10 pounds (110) BB rows up 20 pounds but like 3 less reps than I normally would do (205) Was very very tired at the end of the workout, decided to do traps tomorrow with chest and shoulders insead of today. Finished workout with 25 mins of walking on an incline. Other than the weight increases it was a pretty average workout, didn't feel all so much pump in my back today... mainly forearm pumps. I was also really tired, the white flood fixed that for me, pretty tired right now though!
Tomorrow is chest/shoulders, hopefully it goes better than last weeks workout!

Great workout today, gigantic pump in my chest and shoulders I looked gigantic it was cool! The energy remains, despite the fact I am extremely tired once I take the white flood my energy goes through the roof! Put some new exercises in my workout such as rotator cuff exercises and a seated front lateral raise, that was intense. Feeling really strong lately... and despite the fact I've only been on a cut for a week now I feel like I have lost some fat already, I am down a couple pounds. Tomorrow is just cardio, but friday Is arms once again... also going to throw in some rack deadlifts that day because my back was a bit to sore from legs to do it on back day.
Later!

Arms day was decent. Had a 10 pound increase in skull crushers. Pump was decent, last weeks was a lot better but good pump none-the-less. I decided to take 2 1/2 scoops today, I was bouncing off the walls with energy... and no jitters at all, it was nice. Added 20 lbs to my 1 rep rack deadlift. Also did my calves today as well. I tried donkey calf raises and they were fun =D.
To this point I'de say White Flood is a great supplement I am right now Giving it a 9/10. It gets me really ready for the gym even on days where I feel like junk, gives me energy in the gym to keep going if i wanted, It gives me energy for my cardio to get my ass moving, it gives a decent pump as well. Still got tons of white flood left! I ment to get some before pictures up by now, but I just went through a whole phone switch (I use phone camera)so deffinately by early next week.

Legs day... AWESOME! I really pushed it hard and it's the day after and wow my legs haven't been so sore in a while. Huge pump in my quads the entire workout.
Today was back day, decent workout. I need to start listening to my body more for back day. So many people do certain exercises like low rows or BB rows and I try to do them but simply cannot feel it in my back... I need to stick with pulldowns with all grips and dumbbell rows because I can feel those and then add some random bb rows and stuff at the end of the workout.
So far white flood is going great... I am at a time where I am constantly tired and it's making my workouts actually really good and full of energy which will in turn help me sleep better at night. Easily the best preworkout supp I've ever taken.

Arms day was absolutely awesome! Huge pump, I could barely touch my head after training my biceps... Lifts went up a bit 5 lbs onto BB curls, + 5 lbs on skull crushers. Energy is still coming just great! Vascularity is slightly rising, probly because of a slight drop in BF. Weight has gone down a tiny bit which is good news on a cut. I really like this stuff, it's making working out 20 times easier for me. This stuff is a good time, thanks for letting me test it for you!

Okay so wow that week went by fast and I missed a few updates.
Week went great! I lowered the weight this week and upped the reps and form. All workouts have been super energy and pump filled fun! I feel like I am slightly gaining a tolerance for the caffeine but nothing drastic. Everything is still looking big, weight is down 1-2 pounds. Sunday is when cuting gets into high gear! I will be beginning morning fasted light cardio for 30-40 minutes sun, wed, fri, sat. This is ontop of my sunday 15 minute sprint, and 30 minutes of light cardio after each workout. I am feeling really good about this cut!

So far this week has been going pretty well.
My weight dropped like 4 pounds out of no where... I hope thats fat not muscle, I don't feel as if I lost much fat... but we will see.
I trained chest and shoulers monday... I felt really big. Incline press was up 5 pounds, and wide grip bench was up 20 pounds while keeping my reps the same. (super wide grip, like what serge nubret did) Military press was up 10 pounds, side laterals were up 5 pounds for a few less reps.
Back was yesterday... It was an alright workout. I am getting really discouraged with my back. I am having a really hard time feeling my back being worked. If anyone could give any techniques that would be great. My lat pulldowns went up 5 pounds, same with db rows, and shrugs. I tried a new exercise... a low row with the rope to the neck... supposed to work the mid/lower traps ... i could feel it when I just did it without any weight, I could feel the contraction. But when I did it with weight (30 lbs) I just couldn't feel that contraction anymore... I am getting extremely discouraged by my back.
Overall the energy is still definately coming, pumps are coming as well especially on chest and shoulder days (again not really on lats because I can't seem to work them right... any tips are appreciated.) Overall I am feeling great. Sprints are giving me shin splints... I deffinately need some new running shoes.
Amazingly my weight was 206 this morning... i started at around 214 I sure hope this is mostly water and fat... I get so paranoid during a cut that I am going to lose all my muscle.
Today is legs!
