This might sounds crazy, but I am looking at some deep AF puts for Jan 2018. I'm talking like for the $150 strike @ $2 a contract. Slew of negative news for Tesla- recalls, starting to charge car owners for super charger use, & about to mess up early production phase of model 3.
Only reason I am having trouble pulling the trigger is seeing around 25% of it's market cap is short aka 25% of shares already have instant buyers.Fitness connoisseur

Only recent purchase I made was 100 shares of WFC at $51.50. I like high quality stocks that get oversold. Staying long/fully invested.

Moral of the story is... never let a girl who isn't future wifey or current wifey know where your office is. Could have been a lot worse.
Bear also had one of my stripper thongs I guess I forgot to take when I grabbed all my things from her house awhile back. Don't think boss noticed it on the bear or at least didn't comment on it, lol.

Lots of people claiming victory on gold shorts today, could've sworn these same people were bullish last week, either way.
I would be cautious of gold shorts, srs. Hope it keeps dropping so I can grab some GDX at 21.30's but idk about that one.
Lots of names look bullish, but I think it's one of those moves where a majority of the people missed the best part of the ride and they won't have any dips to let others back on. straight up from here.
ex: googl and nflx, huge gains if you got in on the dip last week, but if you missed the entry, no way you can hope on in, if you did. congrats.

you guys are bad luck! anyways on the chart I posted the alternative scenario was GDX falling to $20-21 unless we break $23 in the near term which is unlikely thats where we are heading so watch for it into next week should be a great place to add longs an important longterm bottom in the complex.

gold drops another $20-30 and gdx down to 21.30's i am a buyer, huge.
fcx would been a nice play off those 12.23s but earnings and options priced in, decent gains.
at this spot, only like a few names,
amd / bidu mostly, both have earnings coming up.
like biotechs here as well ibb/xbi.
looks like a day late here already as well.
maybe our friend gild about to turn it around, but earnings coming up as well SMH
this one shook me off at $44 after I got in on that gap, but damn looks amazing again.

Technically, gold is immediately in a bearish posture as it closed below yesterday's LOD. Tomorrow could see a big dip. I also do not have support until $118 so another 2% sell off tomorrow isn't out of the picture. A close below $117.90 will be super bearish. Looking closely at SLV, that thing has a lot of room to fall as well. I'm not sure precious metals are ready for prime time just yet.

Where do you get some of the chit you say lol?? Damn near everything you said is incorrect. Europe and EM starting to realize fundamental improvement, while the US is mostly grinding up on soft data. China equities have been the best performer YTD, far outpacing the US. Lastly, foreign govt's have relatively low levels of US$ denominated debt. Foreign sovereigns and corporates have been issuing far more in local currency than US for quite some time now.
He's been saying crazy chit itt for years.Last edited by ctownballer04; 04-25-2017 at 06:00 PM.

I think it has less to do with what Elon is saying, and more to do with when institutional investors initially see the beginning of the end of the endless growth. For that I think we might have to wait until the entire market gets dragged down and then tesla would be the first to go. Also, just looked at the short history and it looks like the company usually has between 28m-35m shares sold short at any given time. Mind blown.

Well fuk. Looks like Verizon is trying to make more acquisitions. Look out below?

I'm legitimately concerned about him dating amber heard, and I'm actually completely serious.
Probably just buying up access/bandwidth in the 5G fight.
Objectively speaking, there are certainly some potential catalysts for gold. USD is very strong, any weakness would increase gold prices priced in USD ceteris paribus. Continued instability from populism, rise of far right parties in Europe as a result of "demographic" issues, NK, China, etc.
Let's just say I don't know where the fuk gold is going, but I could see scenarios where gold rips higher.
My position in general though would be that while you could potentially become richer than fuk by blindly listening to people like jackedguy or bitcoin pumpers, etc. that it's similar to putting everything on a bet you know nothing about.
I have absolutely no problem with people making crazy money on bitcoin, weed, speculating on gold, but my problem is when unsophisticated investors chase returns simply because they see an individual demonstrating returns on a volatile source.
This thread in general has historically been an intellectual discussion on fundamentals with the occasional musings on TA, etc.
Let's just make sure that we all weigh both expressing our successes and great advice, with the appropriate warnings for those with different risk appetite and investment knowledge.Last edited by ReyDelMundo; 04-25-2017 at 07:45 PM.

Anyone here have thoughts on Bank of America Class B warrants (ticker: BAC.WS.B)? Currently trading between $0.85 and $0.90 with an exercise price of $30.79 and expiration date of 10/28/2018. With rising rates, potential corporate tax cuts, and other macro factors - coupled with the fact that BAC isn't trading at a substantial premium like other US banks - I feel like it's possible that these won't expire worthless.
Either way, sitting at a cost basis of $0.88 so barring any catastrophic events there should be a decent opportunity for short-term upside. Opinions?Self-improvement blog for teenagers: http://www.teenagetriumph.com

Been a lurker here for a while. What should be the bottom/buy point for GLD? Right now I'm eyeing a buy at 110 if it can get there. That would be near the 52 week low. If NK calms down, and I think they will, would that be a good price point?
