At my age, I really don't know how much the loose skin will recover but I'd 100% rather deal with that than the fat so I'm OK with it either way.
There is a place a few miles from here offering Dexa scans for $75. I am thinking of getting one once I have dropped about five more pounds just to see how much fat areas like my lower back are still hanging on to.

Ummmm your female......
Female bf% can't be compared to male bf%. There is usually about 5-7% difference between females to males.
A male with 3-5% bf (visually) would comparison to 10ish% on a female aka very very lean. 10% male around 15% female etc.
Women always have more fat then males for child bearing e.g. bust, hips.
So in terms of 13% for a male that would be around 18-20% on a female so lean.
For you at 14% on a female that would be around 9% on male as a crude estimate.

20%ish ?
However it could be more if you are flexing in all the pictures, as that makes it harder to get a decently correct estimate.
Like it says in the initial post in this thread...
Best results will include full body pictures, in a relaxed pose, taken from front, side, and back.~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.

If you chose tio "bulk" without a gym, I would go with a ~very~ lean bulk at best. Something like 150g of additional protein over maintenance each day. As to training without a gym, there are a lot of videos posted in the past two months about that but essentially it comes down to being creative. Weighted backpack for pull-ups, push-ups, squats, 20# cat litter packages for kettlebells, resistance bands.... Etc.

Whats my body fat of my 2 recently added progress pics?
I'm on a cut and uploaded 2 pics, one is 1 week in and the other 3 weeks in.
I'm currently at the end of week 4 of my cut with 3 weeks left. Unlike my best cut ever, which was 1.5 years ago where I got to 11.2% bf (according to Dexa scan) I was all the way down to 173lbs, right now I'm 188.8lbs, my 3 weeks into cut pic was 190 or so.
Can y'all give me estimate on each of those 2 "progress pics". Thanks. I've found this thread to be pretty accurate, in fact I contended I wasn't 14% before then got a Dexa scan and it was confirmed I was 13.9% lol, you guys are good at estimating.Chasing the pump

Lol
Sorry bud, but you're absolutely mental.
In this very same thread you got pegged at 13% with plump love handles hanging over the side and less rib visibility than me, plus far less chest and shoulder mass. I dont know if I'm 13%, but 20% is so laughable.
Again, I'm waiting to see what hardyboy says.Chasing the pump

I did a 3 points measurement and the sum was 8mm
1. Next to belly button 3.5mm
2. Chest nipple: 2.5mm
3. Upper legg 2mm
This would yield me a fat% of 2%?
Obviously I am not 2% but I don't understand this ****.
12% seems a bit steep - I'd say 10% based on this photo

Lol
You dont know what you're talking about. You post a pic of a guy you say is 20% that has plump love handles, no chest separation or rib visibility at all and try to say I'm 20% when I have a flat stomach, some rib visibility, you're nuts.
And you think you're 13% but have the nerve to say "Amsterdam" is 12% with so much more visibility than you that its unreal.
Again, I'll see what HardyBoy has to say because if anything he's accurate.Chasing the pump

You do realize that the person you are saying is "accurate" is the one that said I was at 13% right?
For me personally, "13-14%" is a total guess on my part as it could be higher even up to 16%+. My fat/skin is a mess due to being stretched all out of shape from years of being morbidly obese which causes it to droop and "puddle" down around my lower back and stomach making it harder to estimate. And honestly, I'm Okay with that because it simply is what it is.
You on the other hand...Last edited by Luclin999; 06-22-2020 at 03:46 PM.

Amongst the fattest on this thread probably but no shame lol. 5’8 dude down to about 205 lbs cutting from 250 at the beginning of the year. Cut out alcohol and sugar (mostly) and following a pretty strict 7-800 cal deficit eating a whole food diet focused on protein and good fats. Workout wise doing a 3 day bro split with either all body training or HIIT on the other days.
What do you guys think my BF would be? Think I’m probably around 28-30%. Goal is to cut to 15% or so by end of year, hopefully at a weight somewhere around 170 lbs.
