Help needed
I’m cutting and I’m at 237lbs, I’ve been cutting well into 7-8 months now iv come down from around 280lbs, which I’m really happy about, I’m unsure on what the next best move is as I feel I’m hitting a wall fat loss wise but I’m aiming to see some abs before I bulk after the summers out of the way, any percentages and advice from some leaner guys would be well appreciated!
I’m lifting 6 times a week, hitting body parts twice and fasting 3 days a week too and due to calorie deficit too I don’t do much cardio but I’m a fairly busy person, I’m on 2445 calories at presentLast edited by Venompool; 02-17-2018 at 08:02 AM.

Hey, guys.
I'm 17 years old, about 6 feet tall, currently at 225lbs (102kg).
The last time I actually measured my bodyfat percentage on a regular machine (the one that like .. kinda shocks you a little bit? like sends a little electrical current which you can't even feel??) was like two years ago, my BF% was at approximately 21-22%. Given that it was some time ago, that might have changed. Funny thing is, the fat I gain prefers to store in my legs.

Hi there!
I asked yu before my body fat and if I would have bulk or cut.
I bulked and I really need t know my BF now.
Should I countiue bulking again or cut?
I don't want to be fat but I fear to become skinny again.
You can see my new photos on my bodyspace, and the difference from before to now.
Can you please tell me_
1- my body fat %
2- if I have to cut or keep bulking a little bit?

What's happening guys.
Been cutting for a bit now, down from around 200lbs to 170lbs.
Still got more to cut before I can start bulking, but be nice to know a rough bf%.

You have a decent shape. IMO, after a cut, you'll look good w/ a shirt off but skinny with a shirt on (typical for a natty lifter).
21%. I would cut more
About 16% I would cut a few more pounds.
12-13%

Does that mean I've been losing a lot of muscle? I've been lifting pretty hard the whole time. My lifts have stalled though, can't get past 200 on squats and 135 on bench...
