Well, for one, if I make 35000 a year I don't sign up for a car payment of $400/month (assuming ins. makes up the other 100 here), and my phone bill is only 85.

My WRX right now costs me $900 for the year with full coverage although I am 27 but I have never paid that high in my entire life. I had my Evo IX a few years ago and that was around $1600/yr. You must be driving something pretty baller and sporty if its costing you $2400/yr which maybe you might need to reconsider if you are struggling to get by making 35k
