    haven't stacked in years

what's the best stack these days?

allready using lecitihn , i assume ara [x factor] would be overkill in that area?

i'm 51 but i can keep my test in the low 600's with vit d, wo, diet , so a test booster prob be useless

    no stims please

I like Urg's stack a lot. If you haven't stacked ARA (I prefer xgels) with you Soy Letichin you would be in for a treat. It's great for pumps, growth and you feel Doms of the gods.
    It's your diet.

I would go with X Factor Advanced. It has always worked better for me than the regular X Factor.

People recommend X-Gels because there's a lot of SNS fans and they go with X-Gels because it's SNS. Personally, I like the X Factor, Molecular Nutrition and William Llewelyn are the originators of ArA for strength athletes and were the ones that spent the money to fund the ArA studies, so I like to stick with X Factor because quality is always top notch and they use the patented form of ArA rather than a generic ArA.

It's true I like SNS products, like KDD said. They make good ish, and it's economical. Not carried on BB.com though.

FWIW one for the Xfactor products contains Omega 3 and from what I've seen/read that can be counter-productive as O3 will compete with O6 (which ARA is) for uptake.
    It's your diet.
