On a new training program and will eventually enter an overreaching block. Intensity builds throughout the program.
I'm currently in a 500 kcal surplus, will be adding another 300-500 kcals the week before, during and after the overreaching block.
Is HMB (likely Ca due to cost) my best bet supplement wise to help me through this overreaching period?
Also taking multi, fish oil, bodyforge and supremacy (100mg F95)

I liked clear muscle when I ran 3 bottles two summers ago. I wasn't over reaching per se, but I was bulking and the results were nice.It's your diet.

HMB. If using the calcium form, take it ~1.5-2 hours preworkout. Based on the various studies, HMB dose timing is important and you want it to peak whilst you train. For the FA form, that should be dosed ~30-60 minutes pre.Originally Posted by tmd17
