    are my diet macros corect?

    Hi everyone,

I have found a lot of calculators online and most put me at 1900-2200 calories, but if i calculate my own using Layne Nortons formula or whoever else, i get 2400 or more.
I am currently doing 198 protein, 170 carbs, 55 fat

I am 28 years old, 192 lbs/87kg, 6.2 feet/188cm, desk job with 4 gym workouts ( strength + cardio ) a week and 1 cardio in an offday. I used a skin folder tool and it shows 20% body fat, but i am fairly lean and if i flex my abs i can see in detail half of my abs and obliques, but only if i flex with air out.

Are my macros correct to start with?

Could stand to bump up your fat macro by 15-20g or so. Protein is higher than it needs to be, but it's fine if you like it that high.

    I honestly don't.
And i see a lot of fitness celebrities that have more muscle than me and eat the same amount of protein and i don't think i need it this high.

So what macros do you think i should have? 170 protein, 170 carbs, 70 fat?

I believe the standard here is .8g of protein per body weight and .4g of fat per body weight. Higher is fine...
