c tunnel syndrome who??
Hi,
In night i have ''dead'' hands very often, mostly every night. For quite some time allready. They did a EMG today and found out that there is carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. Now.. I train 4 times a week, does anyone else have/had CTS?? I do not want to help this ith surgery and i will buy braces now.. What exercises should i avoid or DO??? Fatgripz? Avoid right? barbell holds? i do not want to quite training for a while and i do not want to risk a surgery with possiblity to make it even worse. im 26yrs old.. Who else do have this problem and trains to???
