Out of curiosity...why do you always say this? I get that your right about a lot of tboosters...most are garbage. But i dont think all are. Just like creatine works for most and doesnt do a f*ck thing for me. Doesnt mean its trash for everyone.

I think your expectations for creatine just may not be in line with reality. I don't mean this negatively. I'm just stating that it's likely done something for you, you may have just expected more from it.

Nothing really over the counter will help that much. I'd just stick to the base supps and get your diet on point.

Even if your total test is at 400 ng/dl and you manage to raise it 50% with a supplement (very unlikely) to 600 ng/dl, you aren't going to notice a difference.

Instead, spend the money on bloodwork. You can get total test and E2 checked for about $75.

Idk. I seen friends add creatine with results that I didnt see. Maybe it did help to a degree and I didnt see it anecdotally. But that doesnt always mean somethings not happening. It did change my bathroom experiences though.

There is such thing as creatine nonresponders. As for the t-boosters, the problem is they are advertised and sold as all-in-one miracle pills that builds muscle, burns fat, increases strength and makes you a sex machine, dat dere T, you know... A natty t-booster typically have libido-boosting ingredients and a good and properly dosed one might work in that department, but no legal test-booster will make a **** for muscle building, fat loss or strength gains and that's the reason 98% of people buys them, misled by the hilarious claims or just out of ignorance.

This has been my experience in the past 5 years with Test Boosters--
1st-- Don't expect anything drastic
2nd- I feel you need to stack a few different products
3rd- I think 8-12 weeks is ideal to see any type of change

4th-suggestions--- I have used Core Test and Core alpha separately while in a caloric deficit and had great workouts along with maintaining strength or getting stronger while dropping bodyfat. IMO some useful ingredients KSM-66 seems to be work well IMO...3.4-Divanillyl Tetrahydrofuran whenever I have used that in a stack did well, bulbine some people like and DAA-- I'm still on the edge on when used as a stand alone but whenever I have used it with core alpha or test it did me well.

I say this because I take testosterone for 5 dollars a month from my doctor. From my doctors mouth to this page "if there was a supplement that worked for raising testosterone I would recommend it." We can all hope and pray something works. But in this case if you have low test this is a medical issue. With a medical solution. I wouldnt recommending you sups to combat diabetes. Thats just me though.


My testosterone went from low 300s to well as high as I wanted. But my doc likes to cap me out at the 900s. NO ZERO ZILCH sups can do this.

If libido is your issue. Test is only part of the solution. Many brahs on here taking enough T to sink a battle ship can attest to this. It is more complicated a balancing act including, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cholesterol, and others.

If you have low test, get on test. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE over the counter.

Notice how those recommending you a testbooster for any reason are PAID by supplement companies. I, am an insurance salesman not paid by any sup or pharmaceutical company.

When you say it works. Nothing works man. Creatine is working but if you think you are going to see drastic changes. Once again you are being mislead. Other than food, training and if you want something that makes visual changes to your body aside from those two things I listed it isnt legal. Even not listed things without diet and exercise are a complete waste. Nothing is easy. Nothing.

I wish this were true. Even dat der has it's limit with libido except one substance not to be discussed here. This substance most def is NOT available in a T booster. But then again if other hormones are out of whack even this bologona wont be enough. Part of sex drive is psychological as well and more than hormones can address.
