Im 22 and have been having symptoms of low testosterone in the 5-6 months (low sex drive, constant fatigue, no morning wood etc..) As I was training really hard sometimes cardio 2x a day and burning 1000 kcal on the stepper machine sweating buckets while mainiting a diet of 1500-1800 calories...I figured it was due to my rigorous routine... So i stopped running and going to the gym for 2 weeks and upped my calores to 2500-3000 calories. 5 eggs for breakfast...I used to be around 8 percent body fat pretty shredded at 5'9'' 140 lbs and decent size. Over the 2.5 months I have put on 20 lbs but have noticed most of this has been around my waist. My nipples are sore and I feel really tired all the time. Worst of all last week I have noticed that my testicles have really shrunk to the size of a marbles. Used to be alot bigger. I convinced my doctor to have my testosterone levels checked after I told her about my symptoms. Needless to say I got my results back and my Total Testosterone is 435ng/dl.... can anybody help me please im desperate..

That is not below normal, try increasing fat intake, get test done again to be sure it was not a one time thing, and discuss options with your doctor.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Sounds like your thyroid is not happy. Were you doing low carb?

Give it time, it might take awhile but you should bounce back; most people will return to normal after even very extreme diets. Just keep following up with the doctor, they are the best guide for medical issues.

You're addicted to porn. Stop wanking every day and your libido will come back.

What? He is 22 years old...that's pretty low dude.
I've been having the exact same symptoms to as this guy and I'm 23.
I have no morning Wood
I know I've lost a lot of muscle mass as my clothes aren't tight on me anymore.
I have no sex drive
I have no energy
I sleep 8 hours a day and my diet is clean and pretty spot on.
I'm getting my T levels tested on Friday and I'm convinced that is the source of all my problems in the gym.
For the last 2 years I have never gone below 3200 calories a day..I literally do not gain weight. I get spells where my libido will sky rocket and I will gain mass and then a month later it will drop and I will lose the mass.
I lift pretty heavy weights and if you saw what I look like...I shouldn't be able to lift the weights that I'm lifting.
I rarely get stronger.
When people say "you need to eat more or you need to train less" I honestly think It's a load of BS now. I'm positive that my T levels are the reason why I have such little mass despite the fact that I do everything that I'm supposed to do to gain mass.
400ng/dl of T seems pretty low for someone of our age. The range is like 270-1000 isn't it? I would assume that anyone in their early 20's would have T levels around 800-1000? It's actually retarded that guys don't look at T levels as the "go to" for problems.
I've been going for 2 years now and I barely look like I even lift. I have no Mass on me and Testosterone is responsible for building mass.
Everything has shrunk despite being on the exact same diet with the exact same calories.
Arms were 14.5 inches now they are 13.3 Still lifting the same weight
Chest was 42 inches now is 39.5
Legs were 24.5 inches now are 23.9 inches
Wrist has gotten smaller
No more vascularity
I no longer have a steady weight gain
I was 77kg 12% body fat
In 3 weeks I lost 7kg. That means there is something seriously wrong.Last edited by Pete9393; 04-02-2017 at 09:11 PM.

Just for the record, typically laboratory values are given as the mean +/- 2 standard deviations for whatever age range they are designed for. I'm not 100% sure that applies to testosterone but I would be surprised if it did not.
