    Hard to know what your talking about but id give it ATLEAST 3 days before training the same muscle again.

    If I understand the question correctly, muscle needs anywhere from 48 to 72 hrs before it can be worked again. Therefore we split workouts into muscle groups. Some folks give it a week, but that never worked for me.
