Grabbed this rack on fb market for $250. Searching for a rack has been tough with my 75in ceiling in the garage. No brand name or logo on it anywhere, I'm thinking it may be homemade. Now to think of an attachment I can use so I can bench off the safety arms. Right now it says way to low to the chest

Curious as to what movements you find that thing useful for.....it got a lot of negative press around here when it first came out, but that was mostly due to some ridiculous claims from the owner, if I recall correctly. I can see it being a useful adjunct, but probably not a replacement for bar/plates.

I'd get rid of that thing while you still can, cut some holes in the ceiling for a taller rack or buy a Titan T3 and chop off 6" on the height.
Edit: Not something I bought today or related to the post above, but thought they looked interesting. Never seen this brand before but for a set of 3x3 sandwich j-hooks that seems reasonable....

ATM I'm just following the program on the box. 1. Chest press, tricep press, shoulder press, front squat and 2. Deadlift, Bent row, bicep curl, calf raise.
I feel the foot plate is too small but the bar is a high quality item. The bands are just 41 inch latex bands that you could get anywhere.
At lot of the negative reviews on this product are from people who don't actually own it and they b!tch about the price.
IMO, that's a valid complaint. It cost me $AU825 to get it landed to my address.
Anyhow, I'll do the program for the 12 weeks and provide some further feedback.

picked up an echo bike over the weekend - I always heard that it was overbuilt and whatnot but it doesn't really hit you till you use it. Granted I can only compare it to an original Air Dyne, but it is nice.

I got this tall fold away pull up bar just in case gyms close again. Amazon gave a long shipping date, but it arrived in 3 days. I have rings and a few other grip attachments for it as well.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Ordered this 2 days ago, showed in stock, but they were sold out. Didn't cancel order, these are exactly the parallel bars I was looking for. They're expecting to ship @ end of January for me. I think if you pre-order now, it will be even later than that. "Minus10" for 10% off. Was $224 free shipping

That pullup bar doesnt seem all that good. The trapeze rigging one was so much better. Shame they stopped making it. Sometimes it can be found used.

Pretty much sums up how I feel about the claims of the X3 bar, not so much b*tching about the price but how these companies use 'studies' to market equipment is deceptive (okay, price too). It's not going to build muscle 3x faster, they are not superior to free weights, and I'd bet my bank account that Dr. Scam artist has a full commercial gym in his basement.
Edit: And to be fair to the X3 bar I don't think it's a totally useless product, it's just that ANY resistance can create muscle growth. But I'd maybe opt to buy one of the $50 alternatives if you want to go that route.

Don't forget to also purchase the GH accelerator that goes with the X3, science never lies...$1395
(oddly enough when you bundle it with the accelerator, it's only a $100 more)
"Studies show about 1500% spikes in serum GH for heavy self-stabilized resistance training like X3, 1800% for whole body vibration alone, and 2800% when doing both"

I read down the page and am literally LOL'ing at this bit:
"X3 worked with VibePlate, the leader and most trusted name in Whole Body Vibration platforms, to create a special vibration platform that adapts specifically to the X3."
Prior to starting his own company, Dr. Scam Artist sought funding elsewhere ...

Are those type of bikes really only designed for HIIT style cardio sessions? My wife was given a free, still in the box, Marcy Fan Exercise Bike with Air Resistance System – Red and Black – NS-1000
I try to use it, but 20 minutes on that thing is just torturous. I couldn't imagine a 30 or 45 minute session on one. She uses it though and I see videos of cross fitters on the Rogue bikes all the time but they seem to use them for short durations."It is my own fault for replying in a smith thread." deadwoodgregg

Should call it look what I didn't buy today. I've been mulling over the Inspire FT from Costco for days. Talked it over with the wife, measured and figured out what is need to rearrange, when back to the website to find that it's out of stock. Hopefully they'll get some back in stock.

Yea pretty much, I think you can do it for long periods but you have to be very controlled and keep it low. Of course as soon as I get it there is a decent deal on the CII bike erg which I kinda want as well but that was over an hour drive and a few hundo more. Hopefully moving in the spring/summer so I should probably wait anyway.

Sonos sounds great for what it is, in fact their amps are legitimate hifi imo.
But this year they split their ecosystem in two, with one being legacy with limited support. They had planned on abandoning support completely before massive public outcry caused them to promise limited support for legacy hardware. Personally, I avoid their products, as planned obsolescence is likely part of their internal road map.

I've seen a few of those for sale, there was one a month ago in MD Eastern Shore $400 for an 80 lb set.
Pretty happy with this QuickLock model, it changes faster than I expected actually and I will hopefully be able to liquidate my prostyle pancake plates and handles, still deciding if I should prebuild some popular sizes or sell separately the handles and end caps on eBay and the pancakes locally, if I get $1/lb I'd be happy enough to be honest. Still need to inventory the exact quantity of each plate and figure out what would sell easier.
