Okay so hi, i'v been lifting since the middle of 8th great year (now a freshmen in college). I'v never taken it "super seriously", but i'v consistently been lifting since then (with breaks in between). So basically I kind of know what I'm doing, but I want to do EVERYTHING right and change my physique and stay 100% committed.
So basically I'm 5'9 178 LBS.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction into a workout plan? I'm trying to cut to get rid of some BF% for summer(and beyond). How long do you guys think it might take me to show some abs & make my arms a little more veiny.
So any tips or help for a (kind-of beginner) would be very much appreciated on plan/diet/exercises.
Oh and he's currently my schedule:
Monday: rest (going to turn into sprint workout when it gets nicer out)
Tuesday: chest
Wednesday: legs & abs
Thurs: back & arms
Friday: rest
Saturday: rest
Sunday: I play football with some of my friends.
Mon-thurs I do cardio before my workout wheather it's basketball/band runs/jump roping, punching bag, box jumps.
I also take protean after every workout.
It's 25g cor-performance whey protean peanut butter marshmallow, but throw in a scoop of peanut butter with it.
Also, what do you think a good estimate of my BF is?
