Hey guys, finished up my workout today and I would appreciate it if you can check my squat form and critique.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=...&v=lmr61zrxLKc
Moved faster then it felt. Not sure how to embed on mobile.
Noticed my feet look really uneven on video, I align them before I squat so I'm not sure why.

learn to embed man cmon - nov 11 hahaha
okay so your squat...
walk out is so big brah - why? haha unrack - one step back - another to get level - one more to stabalise
depth not quite there - could well be a hip mobility issue - do you hit depth with a lighter load??
hard to tell because of angle - but bar path doesnt quite look straight above mid foot - got side on angle??
cant tell with bracing as well - breathe into stomach not lungs (hard to describe)
also - maybe try over the bar thumb grip - it will allow you to use a closer grip and therefore have a tighter back setup - ie more tension, more carryovercomp best - 358/237/375 (162.5/107.5/170) - BDFPA 75kg (165lb) class
gym best - 398/265/440 (180/120/200) - @ 78kg

Best to post a few different angles: directly from the back, directly from the side, and optionally an angled video from the front. The angle you posted can be misleading to determine depth. Having the other video angles will give a better idea of how your knees are tracking, your hips, depth and bar path.
Do you have any plans to compete or are competing? I'd recommend to squat with shoes.S: 455, B: 375, D: 545

As was mentioned above, don't walk out so far. Looks like you're about to take those weights to grocery store.
Watch your bar path. It looks like the bar is creeping towards the front on your decent. This will shift the weight in front of your mid-foot and push your knees forward (too far). if you want to verify this, grab one of the bar path apps (like Bar Sense) for your phone."Men often become what they believe themselves to be. If I believe I cannot do something, it makes me incapable of doing it. But when I believe I can, then I acquire the ability to do it even if I didn't have it in the beginning."

Not a great camera angle, but you are not hitting competition depth in the OP. Looks like you aren't in the most recent video either to me (angle is worse on the most recent video). You definitely need to go lower if you're going to compete. It's either a mobility issue, form issue or too much weight issue. Or a combination of two or all three.
Walk out as mentioned is way too big. You are wasting energy getting into position. As mentioned bar path seems too far forward and making you shift your weight forwards.
Bench looks ok. But you are going to have to keep your head on the bench depending on the federation. I like keeping my head neutral personally.419/320/550 @ 165.

1. still got butt wink on squat
2. why do you pick your head up like that on bench?--There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

--The proper plural form of the Latin adjective biceps is bicipites, a form not in general English use. Instead, biceps is used in both singular and plural (i.e., when referring to both arms). The form bicep [sic], although common even in professional contexts, is considered incorrect. (from Wikipedia)
