Im on a caloric deficit right now and I was wondering how do I maximize fat loss while maintaining as much muscle mass as I can.

Yup when you get right down to it it's really not that hard at all. It's a shame people continuously feel the need to over-complicate it with irrelevant things such as macro cycling, meal timing, weird diet schemes, etc
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.
