    You need to definitely consume more vegetables and fruits in your diet.
    Bulking can be quite strenuous if you're sick of pushing down 4k calories on any given day.

    Your diet looks very limited if those are the foods you utilize the most. Chicken, steak, beef, rice, pasta, potatoes, bagels, nuts. Many more foods to add variety in. But you also do need those fruits and veggies even if they don't have a lot of calories. They have micros that will help.
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    No red meat? One of the best things for a bulk. Stay lean meats (eye of round) for most part...but overall red meats great for bulking!
