Your diet looks very limited if those are the foods you utilize the most. Chicken, steak, beef, rice, pasta, potatoes, bagels, nuts. Many more foods to add variety in. But you also do need those fruits and veggies even if they don't have a lot of calories. They have micros that will help.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
