So the Egro guys did a promo for their new ErgoMulti, hell I was just posting to support, but they chose me anyways to win a bottle of this; shows how good of guys they are over at Ergo!
Have to say I love ErgoGenix’s packaging, they always go for the simple and classy looks. Elegant and aesthetic.
So This will be a mini-log from a mini guy, updated once of twice per week (maybe more) as I go through this bottle. It will have various things, thoughts on the product will be here but it is hard to say any ‘effect’ from a multi, especially since I eat a pretty good variety of whole foods to begin with.
To keep it interesting though I will post some lifts, daily experiences/thoughts, and pictures of stuff I suppose.
So here we go, a little on the product; It’s a new product from ErgoGenix, a solid multivitamin that, like all Ergo products, is both well dosed and value based. Only ~$14 for a 30 day supply is a good deal, it provides a good dose of many vitamins and minerals, but doesn’t do what many other multis do and hyper-dose, it gives a more balanced dose, some 50% DV, some in the 200% area, and a few it does exceed a bit into the 1000%+. It also includes a Greens Blend to round it out, making it a solid value for what you are getting in my opinion. It is a good ‘supplement’, a value option to simply help round out an already on point diet.

First thoughts- Just 3 caps per day, this is nice, far less than some multis; not that the amount of pills needed really ever bothered me, some do find less to be more convenient for sure.
Also, the size is not too bad for all that comes in just 3 pills; must admit, easiest suppository I have ever taken. Thanks Ergo (not srs?).

Roughly 80% of Multi's are pissed out almost immediately. Real question though: What's the purpose of logging a multi-vitamin?

Well I must say, only having to remember to take this once a day is nice, easier than the 2-3 doses required by other multis. Also the nuclear piss is very prominent haha.
No real 'effects' from it, that I can notice, but that is to be expected. I do wonder how the absorption rate is with these (powder filled caps) compared to some other multis which are just very hard/compacted pills.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Still going strong with ErgoMulti; finally my Friday after a long week. Nothing new to report on the multi itself, but still enjoying one dose a day, the little convenience factor is nice.
So, cool video of the day-

Been good and rainy lately, means no yard work which is always great. Busy with work so lifting has been hit or miss lately, hoping it slows down a bit so I can get back to my regular upper/lower routine.
Still not much to report on for the Multi, really wish there was a way to judge 'effectiveness' outside of possible blood work. Despite extra work hours and less sleep I do still feel pretty good though, so who knows, maybe the multi is helping there. Can't be hurting anything at least.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Nothing on the multi but thought you guys might find this funny...
So, my day... interesting.
Sitting at the podium, and the he/she in the building came up to me and said 'You have beautiful eyes'; I just said 'Thanks, but I think your Boyfriend would get jealous if we hooked up.'
They giggled and skipped away, at which point the entire day room of ~35 guys gave a round of applause.

Quiet weekend, yard work all done, and now back to work... ah well, was relaxing having a few days off.
I notice that EgroMulti is a powdered filled cap, sometime those give me some weird burps when the cap itself dissolves but no issues with that here. Always a good thing since the raws tend to taste pretty bad.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Closing in to the end of this little log; still no noticeable effects to report, but I can say this- have not gotten sick at all in the last ~20 days. Maybe not related to the multi, but something to note I suppose.
Definitely still think this multi is a good cost/quality item, value based but not like a cheapo one that is just a hard packed pill that likely doesn't even break down once swallowed.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Finally my Friday, a good day too; towards the end of the bottle and still feeling good, nothing I can directly attribute to it but always nice to feel good anyways.
Not too sure what else to say on this, probably one more update before the end of the bottle to come, maybe some final thoughts. ErgoGenix definitely proving once again that they are a great company for providing quality, simplicity, and great customer interaction all for great value.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Well the bottle is on the last couple of doses; been a nice multi as far as I can tell. ErgoGenix reminds me almost of Costco, surprisingly good for a value price. Never had any issues with the powder in the caps causing burps, no problems at all to report. Managed to go the month without getting sick which might not be related, but it is nice.
So, I guess I would recommend this as a good 'cover' for anything you might be missing from your diet, and if you feel a multi would be advantageous. It is a cheap way to fill the wholes and coming from Ergo you know you are getting quality.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
