It did help a little bit on the sides but it's not worth it IMO. The improvement is hardly noticeable. I don't think the long hair works well for you to be honest.

so am I a skinny twig or am I shredded from using gear? misc cant make up their mind. im 5'9 130 pounds and you think im not natural lol. all you have to do to achieve my body is be skinny in the first place, workout consistently, and not consume enough calories to gain weight. my skinny friend who has really good genetics is 7-8% body fat after working out for just a year.

In my time in misc I have seen several non natties who don't lift and don't eat. They all end up looking like you.

Misc expectations are ridiculous, guy is 19 and shredded. He's not going to be huge/shredded without Gear or time and even with time he'll never be huge. And judging by his hairline if even looked at gear he'd be bald in a year.

Your physique looks good OP, stay shredded. Hit arms hard, once you get 15inchs people will stop giving you chit about it.

Also people saying he's already on gear, look at his traps and shoulders. I would expect them to be much bigger if gear was in the equation as they'll grow fast regardless if you work them or not on gear.
