? grams of creatine in superpump and sizeon
how many grams of creatine are in superpump and sizeon. oh, and these products work very well. best n.o. and creatine ive ever taken. major gains. but im really curious to know how much creatine

Its a blend so no one really knows. I heard there was only 3 people who knew the exact amount.

There's adequate creatine in SizeOn, there's probably only 1-2g in SuperPump (as superpump is an NO/Energy product, not a creatine product)

i know its a n.o. product, but if you look on the lable, creatine is at the top of the list in the 20g matrix. i heard its about 3 grams per scoop, which is a lot when you take two scoops and sizeon. i love the pumps im getting in the gym from these products. it says to take sizeon during your workout, i tried drinking it all in the beginning of my workout and my strength was higher

are you getting any water weight with these two? I am tryng Vpx's Shotgun and Size on - just started today but dont want any unneeded water bloat! Thanks!

You shouldn't get any water retention since it's 2 products made whit CEE. Creatine mono is the one who make you retain water..
