Yep, Levrone looks light years better however I'm thinking somehow the judges would give it to Phil due to slightly bigger legs, marginally better conditioning as seen in the glutes and a more "3D" back. The only pose he really has on Kevin is the bdb, rls, st and mm is debatable. Everything else is really not. A perfectly peaked Levrone from 95-98 was truly a site to be seen, after that he got injured and only trained 3 months for the Olympia and it showed. Legs and torso thickness went down.

My theory is the judging has changed; judges back then liked insane grainy conditioning with slabs of muscle at the cost of shape and symmetry as opposed to being slightly less conditioned with a perfect structure until Ronnie came along and somehow had all 3 (I still think his 1999 shape is probably the greatest version of himself and the best package a bodybuilder has ever presented). Dennis Wolf would have been Mr.Olympia for a few years (2013-2015) if we were to go by yesteryear's metrics. Phil, Dexter and Shawn have similar physiques to Kevin and Flex, I'm convinced a perfectly peaked 90s Levrone would be Mr.Olympia in 2016 if Phil were to suddenly disappear.

The 97 Finnish Grand Prix package is among the top 5 packages Kevin has brought to stage. If that's not his prime, I don't know what is.

He was a 4 time runner up in the most competitive era of bodybuilding. Heath can only dream of being as good as Levrone.

Kevins back, legs, arms, grainyness and 3D effect is not comparable to Phil Heath.
