Question how does glucosamine affect any keto diet?

I was reading the article on glucosamine title "All about glucosamine" one the bb.com main page and in it it states that it blocks insulin/glucose uptake into cells or something like that so i was wondering how this can affect ketosis, could it help? or not help?

No it doesn't affect glucose levels at all. The body can't even break it down due to not having the enzymes needed for hydrolysis.

    Short term yes.
    Long term is debatable

Long term the body develops methods to start to break it down.
Such as sugar alcohol, short term it can work wonders, Long term the body develops ways to break it down into energy

Not sure if serious or if I missed this in biology 1/2 or nutrition but by this theory you are saying we'd be able to break down insoluble fiber too, and we can't. I have never heard of a persons body making new enzymes it doesnt have the knowledge of how to make. This would be evolution.

If you are quoting this from some where by all means PM it to me, I'd like to read it! Not trying to be a dick, I just think its crazy.
