Post this in the Exercise forum.

Also, to answer your question, abs are made in the kitchen. Try butterfly kicks, planks, side-planks, toe touches.

First step towards abs, is getting on a good diet pattern. The muscle itself is worked a lot during compounds like overhead press, squat, farmer's walk, deadlift, etc. You can still do some direct training if you want to, just know that you're already working them. You should be able to see abs around 12% bodyfat.

Chasing a magazine 8 pack will leave you looking like an anorexic child if you don't already have a lot of muscle mass built up.

Guys 14, please don't use the term diet and discuss bodyfat %s when this young.
Encouraging active and healthy lifestyle that is enjoyable is all that should be discussed- anything further should be discussed with parents and from there maybe a professional if necessary.

not trying to be a jerk- but info should be tailored to individual asking.

    ^ These.

OP is scrawny. Getting "rock hard abs" in that state will be more akin to impersonating a skeleton. OP should take advantage of the growing body, eat a bunch of start lifting.

You're 14, shouldn't even be worrying about abs. Just focus on eating and perhaps lifting at your school gym under a coach/gym teacher.
