There are plenty of body exercises.
Focus on overall body health, not just your abs for the girlzKrispy Kreme Krew Forever.

First step towards abs, is getting on a good diet pattern. The muscle itself is worked a lot during compounds like overhead press, squat, farmer's walk, deadlift, etc. You can still do some direct training if you want to, just know that you're already working them. You should be able to see abs around 12% bodyfat.

Encouraging active and healthy lifestyle that is enjoyable is all that should be discussed- anything further should be discussed with parents and from there maybe a professional if necessary.

You're 14, shouldn't even be worrying about abs. Just focus on eating and perhaps lifting at your school gym under a coach/gym teacher.
