Hello legends of the lifting world.
After countless hours of forum searching i still have one dooming question that needs answering! Should i eat less calories on my "rest" days, where i usually run sprints on these days (10x100m), with rest only residing on the "walk back".
If you need some more info to answer here goes:
I am currently on a cut
I Lift 4 times a week and HIIT 2, with a large amount of cardio one day.
Monday- Superset Biceps and Triceps (8 exercises with a usual 3 sets)
Tuesday - Superset Legs and abs (squat 5x5 with abs inbetween, then 6 exercises 3 sets)
Wednesday - Deadlift 5x5, Bench Press 5x5, then 6 exercises 3 sets (superset back and chest)
Thursday - HIIT 10x100m
Friday - Superset shoulders and abs 8 exercises 3 sets
Saturday - 1.5 hours of vigorous cycling (averaging 30km/h, i'm an ex-triathlete)
Sunday - HIIT 10x100m
BMR:2060
TDEE: 3060 cals
Training days: 2560 cals 270g protein 190g carbs and 70g Fat
HIIT days: Unsure what to do but currently eat 2100 cals with same macro percentages.
Weight: 88kg
BF: approx 10% (not 100% sure atm)
Most of my training regime involves free-weights, barely any machines, maybe cables with drop sets for arms at the end.
Also can post photos if it helps, but definitely not in the "newbie-gains" part of my lifting career
HELP!

Do or don't it wont make enough difference to really matter.
Personally I just eat about the same every day because it's easier.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

This. At the end of the day, train how you'd like, but 8 exercises for arms and only dead lifts for back?..
Also I wouldn't say sprints count as a rest day, unless you're meaning a rest from the gym.
imo stick with the same calories everyday. Changing your calories every day barely makes a difference, if any at all.

Bruh, I consider lats as a back exercise. I do weighted pull ups to train lats and wide gripped cables, I'm an ex-swimmer so my lats are definitely not an an issue 😂. I change around my exercises a fair bit each week so that I can work my muscles in all different types of ways. I superset back and chest exercises AFTER doing deadlifts and bench press. I just do them seperately with more rest. Cuz **** superstring them.
