Yep. As cold as I can stand it. Seems to help restore a little energy

full on cold? no way but i def keep the temp handle just barely out of the cold side

I like to take a warm shower and then turn the water to cold for a minute or two before I get out; a straight cold shower... no thanks.

for sure. some things are better now than they were before. but there are also a bunch of things that are worse - like the quantity of processed foods we eat. Whole foods, FTW!!

That is only partially true, not all people took showers, or baths, but usually they heated up their water for their weekly bath..

I'd recommend reading up on it. The hot bath was a rare treat. Heating up a tub full of warm water takes a lot of fuel and time when you are doing it by wood stove.

In the military, yes. In the real world, I'll turn it to cold right before I get out.

I was pretty against this but the other day I figured why not give it a try. So i cranked the temp way down and it's actually very refreshing! Now I don't think I'll be doing it every time I shower, I will do it occasionally when I need that little extra kick lol
