Currently taking MuscleTech Casein at night before bedtime. Is there any benefit to taking it in the morning or throughout the day?

Whatever you decide to take, read the labels and make sure you're using high quality ingredients. Over the years, at least when I was active here, MT was a good, albeit, overpriced product. Assuming it's high quality casein, taking that at night and/or a meal replacement is great! Add some EFA's and don't forget your multi-vitamins
In the morning, shoot for a good whey protein isolate (WPI) as your muscles are starving for "food."
I need to catch up on the forum and see if there is any new science, but make sure, if you're relatively active, you are eating well, exercising and sleeping eight hours a day while drinking a fair amount of water
Good luck

When I have been low on my isolate, I have been having Micellar Whey during my morning cardio and this has helped me a far bit as the guy mentioned it is more filling. Though Casein is thicker the Micellar whey has a higher biological value and a time release of 6 hours. The NitroTech Night-time uses Micellar whey as this will be the future replacement of Casein.
