I am new to the idea of bodybuilding. I am severely over weight at 6'3, 290...I coach high school basketball and also officiate College football. I need to be in better shape for my lifestyle and feel the people here can help me.

I need a set schedule on what to do far as what to eat, when to eat, when to take supp and which ones to take, and what type of workouts should I be doing. I want to take this from a technical/scientific approach like professionals do. HELP!
