what are the best supplements for joints that can give good results from your expierences.

For joints products i've used and enjoyed the following:

I typically use joint support xt, orange triad, or achilles for joint support.

What type of turmeric are you using? That alone has anti inflammatory properties but most forms have little to no bioavailability. Cissus quadrangularis at a couple grams with enough of the actives would tag along well with what you have.

Flexatril by scivation and genoflex by pes. I've used turmeric and fish oil. Meriva was best curcumin I've found and always get the stuff
capped.

Cissus quadrangularis. Adding curcumin would be nice.

Good luck. I stick with Primaforce cissus and Scivation Flexatril.

What's wrong with your knees anyway? Get to the bottom of that first.

Then yeah, cissus and boswellia are good. Make sure your fish oil has high EPA/DHA. And go with curcumin instead of just turmeric, as mentioned above, Meriva is good.

May as well try it out. But keep in mind, cissus will only put a "bandaid" on the problem if it's actually a serious knee issue.

Did a scan, blood tests for inflammation
and no indications of any rhemutiod or joint disease

yet i feel weak when consuming +200g of protein
i get weak responses on jogging or squating

Orange Triad for sure, and consider megadosing fishoil (worth a try / worked for my knees)
