What type of turmeric are you using? That alone has anti inflammatory properties but most forms have little to no bioavailability. Cissus quadrangularis at a couple grams with enough of the actives would tag along well with what you have.
Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

What's wrong with your knees anyway? Get to the bottom of that first.
Then yeah, cissus and boswellia are good. Make sure your fish oil has high EPA/DHA. And go with curcumin instead of just turmeric, as mentioned above, Meriva is good.Olympus Labs Representative
