Can't enjoy a beer or two while taking creatine.

Hello, i'm curious if anyone ells has experienced this but this problem. It seems to be getting worse and I'm concerned that creatine might be harming my kidneys because my tolerance for alcohol has become next to none. Obviously I'm well aware that creatine supplementation requires an increased water intake. I aim for 4 litres(over a gallon) of water per day. I'm pretty much sipping water all day every day. How ever, I have a passion for trying different imports of beer and I enjoy having about 3-4 beers with my friends on a Friday/saterday night. It's not like I'm going and smashing back 12 beers like when I was younger I'm having a few responsibly and I am 5'9 180 pounds. I'm a pretty built guy. Lately I can't even have 1 or 2 beers without waking up in the morning feeling like death. I feel incredibly dehydrated and weak. This feeling lingers most of the day and I can't think clearly plus feel very tired as wel.l cant stress enough how much water i drink and between drinks ill have a glass of water about 500 ml. I can't help but consider stopping creatine supplementation so I can enjoy 2-3 beers on the weekend without feeling like death the next day. I don't want to stop using creatine because I'm worried I'll look flat and loose strength... but this is really affecting my social life as having a few beers and unwinding is a great stress relief and something to look forward to after busting my ass at work and in the gym all week.

This would not be due to creatine.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

You can always stop the creatine to see if it helps, but I have a hard time believing that it is the creatine doing it to you

This happens to everyone as you get older and slow down on the partying.

I can't drink beer anymore due to a wheat intolerance, I am not celiacs but the high concentration of gluten in beer makes me sick, and especially the next day. I actually try to avoid it where i can in my everyday diet. It happened basically overnight like you are explaining. Could be that, try a liquor and see how you feel, obviously drink in moderation.
