Congrats winners, My goal for 2017 is to adjust my work-life balance and focus on fitness more seriously to mainly regain my big lift strength. Over the last year I have had some sciatic nerve/disk issues and was told by my pt&chiro to basically stop squats and deadlifts or any other spine loading exercises. Work has also been very demanding the last 6 months and I find myself making it to the gym still 2-4 days a week but just going through the motions without the drive and purpose I used to have. I am going to change that and start loving it again.

Just got back from crushing legs.
Hit Low bar squats, conventional deads, split squats, some mobility, and 20-minute interval circuit.
Nothing would hit the spot like some Orange KREAM RE-KAGED right about now hehe.

Yes please!
I am an avid user of Kasein and love it. Been meaning to try ReKaged to make me switch from my current PW drink. Orange Kream is my flavor. Worked 100 hours/week for a year and a half with no time for gym until four months ago. Before that I was 6 days a week in the gym and currently back at that level. Already dropped 20lbs of fat and added 10lbs lean. Looking to be shredded by summer. Before and afters will be awesome. Review will be on point.

Working on strength right now with 5/3/1 Boring But Big for another few months - seeing gains every workout. Really want to get 315 on bench for multiple reps. Then it'll be time to lean down for summer.
Trying to have a better family/fitness time balance this year.
Only tried In-Kaged from Kaged Muscle, would love to try Re-Kaged! Thanks for the promo!
