Cutting 2lbs a week with skinnyfat frame

I am 5'10 and as of November 2016 was 159lbs with a skinnyfat frame. I usually consume anywhere from 2,500-3000 cals which I changed to 1,500 calories a day mostly and have been losing 2lbs a week like clockwork. I am now currently 141lbs and definitely lost fat around my gut, chest and face which is great. (I also do Jiu Jitsu 4 times a week and do running a couple times a week also).

My lifts are for the most part increasing and I am the strongest I have ever been, I don't generally feel drained or starved and my performance in Jiu Jitsu in training has been improving. Every Saturday I have a full cheat day eating whatever I want all day and still lose weight... so no negative impacts that I can see so far.

I'm planning to lose 4 more pounds then begin to bulk very slowly, looking at 1-2 lbs a week at most. However I'm not sure if I've gone about my cut the correct way, as Jiu Jitsu and running is obviously contributing towards the deficit and I know there has been days where I've been more so around 1,000 cals. I'm concerned that I will blow out once I start to introduce a calorie surplus.

Would it be wise to just raise the surplus slowly rather than going straight back to 2,500 + cals?

Yes, absolutely add calories back in slowly. Add in around 150-200 at a time, wait for your weight to stabilize, then add some more. It can be a slow process but you'll limit fat regain and have a healthier metabolism for it.

1-2 lbs a week gain is wayyyy too fast. Aim for 2-3 lbs a month.

Start bulking now, you don't need to lose 4 lbs as you are a very low weight already for your height.

Stop having cheat days. Incorporate those foods you deem "cheats" into your calories and macros in moderation.

I will aim for that. But I know what's going to happen, I will slowly increase calories and see the scale jump up 2 or 3 lbs and freak out, I know it's all water weight mostly but what's a good way to handle that?

I put a lot of effort into losing this weight so I don't want to undo all that good work.

Don't pay much attention to daily changes. Look at your weekly average weight. Take measurements of your body so you can see where and how you're storing weight.

Don't worry about it. Get out of a deficit now, you don't need to lose anymore weight.
