    Chickpeas instead of rice?

I was wondering if chickpeas could replace rice that goes with my chicken dinner?

Fine... they're both going to give you a similiar amount of carbs per 100g. Chickpeas are just slightly more calorific as they're slightly higher in fat and protein... just make sure you count the calorie and macro numbers...

Everything you eat has a caloric value and macronutrient content. It doesn't matter the name of the actual food you're eating as long as you're hitting your daily intake. Read the stickies for more information..
