I'm grateful for...
- having more than 3 things to be grateful for each day
- another day in the office without much to do. Been a very relaxing day looking at houses and vehicles online.
- getting to watch my sons grow every day.
- leaving the office in a few minutes, so I can go to parent-teacher conferences.
- having another interview on the calendar. Now to prepare for it.

- it's been 36 days since I got done my suboxone taper. Haven't touched opiates since I tapered. I'm starting to feel like a whole new person since I'm clean and sober. My mind is starting to feel clear and not all fogged up like it use to be when I was abusing opiates. Everything is going good.

Today I'm grateful for...
...keeping a clear head as I get swamped at work - some late nights and big pressures lately. Hope to be lifting again soon.
...this thread for keeping it real. Probably the only reason I'm still on b-space.
...buying the first pumpkin available at the store. Got the pick of the litter and it is one big mo-fo ball of orange!

Grateful for:
- Getting my appetite back and having two burgers and some onion rings. I didn't mind never being hungry for the past week because I leaned out a little bit and saved time/money, but it's nice being hungry for once so I can actually eat something big to keep hormone levels from crashing.
- Crashing and sleeping for a full ten hours after having trouble sleeping more than 3 - 4 hours the past week.
- My oneitis adding me on ********. Still too shy to do anything though and still freeze up whenever I see her IRL (fortunately she seems to find it endearing).Books read in 2017: 110

No need to judge others on what they are grateful for.
I'm grateful for...
-friends that know & appreciate quality knives and sharpening techniques
-consistency in my daily life and improving little by little each day
-inadvertently learning about the kaizen method on the AoM podcast yesterday, which explains a lot to me because I've been striving for consistency and I visualize, etc (http://www.artofmanliness.com/2017/0...f-improvement/)

Greatful for
-Crockpot cooking. Made some easy yummy beef stew last night.
~Pound to pound and a half of cubed beef
~One 15 oz can tomato sauce
~Half an onion cut into 4 sections
~Four potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
~Bag of baby carrots
~Salt and pepper to taste
~Give it a little stir
~4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
-A clean house. Granted I'm the one doing most of the cleaning, but it feels good to be free of clutter, dust and just junk around the house.
-My cat finally quit losing so much fur from the summer heat. She's starting to look nice and fluffy again as Fall sets in. Can't tell you how many times I brushed enough fur out of her to make another cat.

Hey!
Good to see you guys are still grateful as always
I went through a rough conflict with myself (beliefs, objectives, emotional stuff) in the past weeks. Changed a lot in the course and now I'm feeling wiser, more focused and motivated. Also I'm done cutting for now, time to put on strength and mass again
1) Accountability Partners, and supporting people in general. The Law of Association is irrefutable. Bond with people that have the same goals as you. Ditch off negative folks
2) The amount of decent knowledge you have access too in the internet. Seriously.
3) This semester has been kind with me, despite my internal issues. I have plenty of time to read stuff that I like, think about life, meditate, study, train and keep up with my goals. Also, I've been learning more about myself now than ever before.
PeaceIf it was easy, everyone would be shredded

Glad you're safe homey!^^^
I'm grateful for...
Pulling 475 this evening. Wasn't the prettiest thing, but it was locked out without injury.
Unexpected PRs.
People confiding in me at work, knowing it won't go elsewhere.
The weight lifting off my shoulders as I pass my work onto the coworker taking over my role. Didn't care for working with him and enjoying tossing more on his plate.
My son passing another word group in school. He's soaking it in like a sponge.Grateful Crew - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176582681

Dude, I'm legit in such a good mood which is great because this has probably been the most stressful month I've faced in years and this week is the peak of that. Staying positive though because I still have the things that matter.
Grateful for:
- Getting sleep two nights in a row and no longer really having insomnia
- My best friend, which I say every time, but I'm legit so grateful to have a true friend after a year in isolation a while back
- My oneitis's smile that I see whenever I run into her, and how playful and friendly she is even though I get shy as fuk
- Dat feel when shaving with a fresh, new blade
- Cold showers
- Me mum
