Grateful for
1, got sick today. I told my friend and gym partner. Didn't tell my parents because they are too far and I don't want to worry them. My gym friend texted me in the morning and evening to check on my health. Best friend called me in the morning and evening. Grateful to have them in my life.
2, my son is going to start skate dog class soon. Happy for him.
3, got a.dog from my friend. I always want to adopt a dog, but am afraid I cannot take care of it and hate to see dogs change family frequently. My friend said she wants to give her dog away because her mom does not let her keep the dog any more. I feel more comfortable getting the dog from my friend so worst something went wrong, I can return the dog to my friend. Quite excited yay!Nonfiction Fan

Grateful for
-Smashed my baby toe on a toy vacuum while walking in the dark. I’m 85% sure it’s not fractured. So I’m thankful for that.
-Had a fun time with the kids at a corn maze and pumpkin patch near our house.
-Sister came by for a visit recently. She got us matching sweatshirts. Hers is black and says “bad witch†and mine is grey and says “good witchâ€. It was super sweet and totally fun.

I'm grateful for...
- fun weekends with the family. Doesn't get much better.
- some bomb ass chili I made this weekend for my son's birthday party. Many compliments were had.
- Finally going to get back into the gym today. I've slacked (mainly because of being super busy, but still slacking) the last few workout days and going to make up for it today.
- In spite of me not going the last few days, I've motivated boss man to step up to the gym. He's been doing HIIT, so he finally broke down and asked for assistance. Bring on his gains!

I'm grateful for...
- getting a solid pull workout in yesterday. Pulled dl's and actually enjoyed the session, for once.
- going to get a solid push session in a few. Haven't done BB OHP for a while and decided that's going to be my main lift today
- walking into my office this morning and it not being freezing cold, as it has been the last couple mornings.
- getting to watch Family Feud with the family. I know it's kinda lame, but we have a good laugh at a lot of those peoples answers. "What time is a reasonable time for a 16 year old to be home at night?" "6pm".... do whaaat? lol
- my guy being on vacation this week so I can implement some changes without affecting his work.
