My question is why do people post on a bodybuilding website if they don't even lift or try to convince others not to. Makes no sense. Occasionally there will be a thread about lifting, nutrition or recovering from injuries and it is clear that there are people on here with a wealth of insightful knowledge. But I understand why they don't post about it often because all that useful info gets buried under piles of garbage threads about being forever alone, why even lift, etc.

I think most people with avis look pretty good at least by real world standards. Most people at the gym don't even look like they exercise. Aesthetics largely comes down to diet and most people have terrible self discipline when it comes to food.

This is the exact reason i stopped going on 4chan completely. Useless website filled with losers who just want to bring others down. Thankfully we can identify and ignore these people on the misc with the color of their reputation. I imagine a lot of these *******s come from 4chan as well.
