You need to cut. You put on too much fat.

    Lean bulk next time.

Actually i'm lean bulking, i started at 150lbs and now i'm 179lbs (29lbs in 12 months). The problem is that i started bulk at an high bodyfat %, probably i was 15-16%
I was thinking to keep bulking very slow until April, and then go for a cut until September (20 weeks).

29lbs in 1 year is some serious progress especially starting at a high bodyfat so congrats! Honestly Id say ye cut down to 10-12% range then lean bulk again. I find it way easier bulking when lean anyway and feel its easier to make progress (and see progress). The key now is to cut slowly! No point doing what 90% of people seem to do which is cut quickly lose the muscle they gained (some of it anyway) and then bulk back up and end up the same place.

You can cut but you will look like you did before you started bulking (within a few lbs) I was about 22% body fat at 210lbs at 5'7.5 a while back (thought i'd cut to a lean 185lbs) and I ended up cutting to 177 and I was 18% body fat so it goes to show natural lifters think they are carrying a lot more mass than they really are, I would probably needed to get to 160lbs to be shredded and my body would have lost a lot of muscle in the process. I have decided to slow bulk back up.

Asking if you have enough mass to cut implies that you should cut in order to reach some end goal, some final form, and then the story ends. That isn't how it works. If you want to gain muscle mass, and you gain 30lb in 12 months, and are now 20% bodyfat, then it's fine, and probably productive, (you'll gain more muscle mass as a leaner individual due to having a more favorable hormone profile to building muscle), to cut.

As well as eating clean, (semantics aside, we know what this means), generally, consider getting a little more sunlight on your skin too. It really helps with acne on the body. It's helped me at least.

Id suggest cutting. You have made some good progress in the past 12 months. If you start cutting now you can get down to a relatively low body fat. From here you will have a good base to begin your next lean bulk, this way you can try to keep fat gains to a minimum and any fat gain will be easier to monitor! Good luck!

Never cutted before so not speaking from personal experience, but that doesn't seem too much idt. Just don't starve yourself and you shouldnt lose much muscle. Most people do lose SOME strength when cutting, two steps forward, one step back.
