Is This *Really* The Best Fish Oil?

WHC UnoCardio 1000 + Vitamin D 1000? Boasts a high level of EPA (670mg) & DHA (395mg)?

Have been taking for a little over a week & joints actually do seem a bit better.

(Note: I tried to post a link, but don't have enough posts yet.)

Incidentally, has anyone ever heard of best bulk whey protein (came highly recommended by an ex-BB)?

Again, cannot post link, but you can just type in the words "best bulk whey protein" and their site will come up. Excellent prices & virtually no cholesterol in their micro-filtered isolate (3mg). Just wondering if anyone knows of this product?

For fish oil supps most are the same. Some may have a few added ingredients or different dosages but they are all similar. As far as protein powder just find one you like and that tastes good and use it to hit your daily protein intake.

Never heard of the brand, and typically smaller brands get away with things that the big boys don't... like wrong labels, different ingredients in products than what is claimed, etc.

I'd stick with tried and true Oximega Fishoil from Controlled Labs. One of the best EPA/DHA ratios you will find. It is true that fish oil does have an antiinflammatory effect, and it helps my joints I've noticed too.

Okay - got it men! Thank you for the input. Actually found a fish-oil w. a higher amount of EPA (800mg/2 capsules) & DHA (600mg/2 capsules) for less $$. It's called Dr. Tobias non-GMO. Also found some called Viva Naturals Omega 3 (EPA = 1400mg/2 caps & DHA = 480mg/2 caps).

Quick follow-up question: Which is more important, EPA or DHA regarding highest mg amounts?

There are many good fish oils on the market OP but it is hard to say which is the BEST.

Damn, people still recommend CL for those low dosages? WOW, of course I can’t post the brand as it’s a competitor and I thought the rep power was out way back when. Keep trolling reps and followers of CL! Trust me I love orange triad and green mag but stop the posting of your fish oil as it is sub par to others.
