    Macro Help

    Hello,
I'm 17 years old, weight about 133 pounds, have decent muscle mass. I'm 5'4. I am just having trouble with my macros. I want to add on lean muscle mass and get rid of some belly fat. I'm struggling to figure it out. For the past month or so, I've been eating about 170 protein, 50 fat, and 200 carbs.
I lift usually 6 days a week or so.
Can anyone help me out? I know what foods to eat and everything I just need help with macros, and why I need more fat less carbs or vice versa or anything really.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

There's a forum sticky in the Nutrition section called Calculating Calories and Macronutrients by Emma-Leigh that might help answer your other questions first.

You're going to have to figure out your TDEE first. then do 1 gram of protein per lb of your bodyweight, 25-30% of you're calories from fat, and the rest of your calories go to carbs
