Weight loss stall after initial week?

Has anyone experienced a lull in weight loss after the initial water poundage drop?

I've been doing Keto for 3 weeks and training 4 days a week. My first week I dropped 12 lbs but since then I have not moved much on the scale. I do feel that my clothes are fitting better, however. Is this normal or should I cut back on calories/train harder?

In Atkins circles, the common term for this is PISS (post induction stall syndrome). You are probably gaining back the initial drop of water weight but still losing fat if everything else is on point.

Depends. How many calories are you eating?

If your stats are correct (283 pounds) you probably need to lower your calories.
