I've known a few girls to say they wouldn't want to date someone who is typically hot because they'd feel inferior to them, and their boyfriends have been more on the average scale looks wise. I've also known of pretty/hot girls to be with average looking men because they've been attracted to them in other ways (personality, humour, financial position, the game they had at the start etc..). There are no set rules and a ton of grey areas when it comes to people's preferences. I've been on dates with really good looking guys in the past that lacked depth you could say, and so I lost interest despite probably being able to look at them all day

I've been working in psych for decades. Once you understand some basics about the person, you can predict most actions. Most people have the same basics and so nearly everyone reacts in only a couple different ways to most situations.

It's pretty boring.

The OP is wrong about girls dating Chads. They don't date them, they just fuk them.

And like Adlerian said...girls are looking for the upper hand. A lot of women can be like men, and they like to be in control. They can't do that if you're better than them. This includes looks. If you have other options to date, they can lose interest fast because they've lost control of you. They're no different than kids. They will be constantly testing you to see how far they can go and what they can get away with. Once you know these tactics, a lot of women will simply become laughable. You'll spot them a mile a way or in one short conversation. Avoid at all costs.

This is why women date "down". To maintain control over you. It's like a drug to them. They must get their way.

There's exceptions to this, of course. Last couple girls I dated like to be submissive to me, but these kind of women are really rare these days, I've noticed. Most of them are married quickly.

Near Philly there's this gay art town with all kinds of shops and things to do.

I went years ago when I was younger because I'm a big fan of art, bars, etc. For the first time I noticed this.

I'm walking around and all the tourists were super nerdy skinny guys dressed in LL Bean preppy clothes and ALL the girls were these juicy thick types with huge breasts. They would be ideal for a masculine guy. I then noticed all of these guys had expensive cars and so they were all nerds with money.
