1.) Drink work coffee for free ($2 caffeine drink three times a day x 365=$2,190)
2.) Buy hair clippers ($8 every two weeks or $10 as a one time payment that saves about $200 a year)
3.) Recycling (I make about $26 a month on recycling, which comes to about $300 a year)
4.) Learn to live off $25 a week. Pretty easy to do if you can cook for yourself, and the rest of that 25$ you don't spend, save it somewhere. Swiping a card is easier then using cash so if you have that hidden from yourself your going to avoid using it when you want to.
5.) Don't make car payments. $200-300 a month is not worth it on an asset that depreciates the moment you drive it off the lot. 300x12=3,600 easy. Buy something you can have paid off when you drive it off the lot that will last!

Learn to cook. if you look at most guys weekly expenses, eating out costs alot of money. easy to cook meals at home that taste better and are better for you.
Most people are unhealthy and eat crap simply because they dont have anything prepared to eat. Its way easier to go buy a burger then it is to cook a whole chicken dinner. of course the chicked dinner costs less and taste way better."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

For state side people: If you have a sams club, winco or costco in your area buy certain items from those stores (toilet paper, peanut butter, garbage bags, toothpaste, oatmeal, milk etc....)
Carpool, bike ride, or use public transportation
Thrift stores, craigslist and ebay for odds and ends... and even clothing! Story time: I needed a pair of running shoes and went to goodwill. I found a brand new pair of newton gravity v's and newton distance v's... I spent $10.00 for both pairs! 2 pairs of shoes with a total value of $275.00 for $10.00. Ebay: I found a brand new pair of climbing shoes that retail anywhere between $120.00 and $140.00 for $60.00. FREE SHIPPING TOO!
Papa Murphey's for pizza on the cheat nights. BRB Family Sized pizza for $7.00. NOTE: sign up for their text message coupons... you'll thank me later.
No more cable television.............. instead you can read books, use netflix, streaming sites, rentals from the library, etc....
Downloading music rather than buying it.
So many ways to save money.. just have to use that thing between your ears.Last edited by colbski; 12-31-2016 at 02:17 PM.

The last tip is probably the best yet people dont understand the importance of it. I was on autotrader and I saw how a 2016 used charger was cheaper than a brand new 2016 honda civic. My dad bought a new car for 30k and I am planning to buy the same one for 16k but Used. I think buying new and latest cars is probably the biggest financial blunder people can make

+ Use price history websites whenever available.
+ Always search for online promo codes before pulling the trigger on a purchase
+ Google Surveys App if you have Android. I made quite a bit in Google Play credits for filling in some BS surveys and used it for app purchases and music. They haven't been sending me any in some time now, but that might be Google hating on me.
+ If you're a coffee drinker at home, I highly recommend the Bella 1-Cup Coffeemaker. My entire family drinks coffee and have had zero issues with this one, and we got it on sale for less than $20. Best value we've found for coffee, and far cheaper than going to a coffee shop.
+ If you buy CDs, check third parties on Amazon instead of going through Prime. Not only are the CDs cheaper, the $3.99 shipping + price is often less than Prime + Sales Tax because you don't get taxed going through the third party (Michigan at least).
+ Keep an eye open for VPN deals on slickdeals or tech websites. I got a lifetime membership to mine for $50 after catching a association deal being promoted in my phone's news aggregate.
+ Showbox app for the phone
+ Install Kodi + addons with an Amazon Fire TV/StickI will stand firm, I refuse to kneel - The fury in me is divine
My dark grave awaits, my fate is revealed - But I'm not afraid to die
If you have any problems or need advice, feel free to ask
