Doesnt make any sense. How was she shot unless she was out on the range setting a target up in that case everyone should have known the range was cold. Other than that the only way she would have been shot was at the shooting stations which would mean somone was facing the opposite side of the targets which still doesnt add up.

If you mean a hangfire you're supposed to keep the barrel pointed downrange for a couple minutes at least. Either way this is why I dont like going to a range with cilvilans. Last one I was at there were a bunch of guys flagging the sh!t outta people with their shotguns.

This was reported on a few days ago. It was a ricochet and it hit her eye and penetrated into her skull. Nobody ND'd into her head or something like that, it was just a freak accident.

Back in high school in sports-recreation class we took a field trip to shoot skeet at a gun range.. this weird girl in class was up and had never held a gun in her life, fired down range and the recoil knocked her off balance and she just swung around in a complete 360 with the shotgun aimed about chest high on everyone. Lol our teacher flipped out and cursed her out and made her go sit on the bus. He made her stay on the bus the rest of the days that we went to the range.

Looks like each shooter has their set station, kind of like an indoor range. Explains why she could be out setting up a target and someone could be shooting in the next station and the bullet ricocheted. Wonder how well-monitored it was, guessing not very.

Very small town (/school) in western North Carolina.. It was back in like 2003 or 2004. I doubt they would allow it now lol. Also that school is one of the very few that still uses paddling for punishment in NC..
