Theacrine - The best thing since sliced caffeine

I was gonna make an informative post a la Syn. but been lifing hard AF brehs (as in life not lifting lwl), so one of you should do it, pretty please? or discuss here, whatever tickles ur fanny.

I've enjoyed pres with it, mainly C4 and SAN Fierce Domination, also've been using Primaforce Teacrine caps good ****, have gone up to 100mg, might try 200mg for maximum damage.

Solid prolonged energy, focus and mood boost IME.

Great alternative to some of the satan dust compounds lying around.

Taste can be masked by your average flavoring IMO, the first time I didn't know what to expect tho.. thought I was drinking road kill.

Effects of Theacrine reach peak levels around 4 hours after dosing -- while 80% effects reach peak levels around the 1 hour mark. 200mg was the dosed used.

After 7 days of 300mg dosing, sensitization to theacrine actually increased. After 8 weeks at 300mg, no tolerance build up was noted.

My current morning combo is 1 scoop of Xtend GO, 1 scoop of Peak02 and 2 Caps of Teacrine. It's my AAF stack

Today I'll try 150mg Theacrine and 100mg caff, never gone that high before.

I've done 300 quite a few times. A lot of folks from team scivation has played with it. The max level before things get interesting is around 50% of your stim. Meaning 300mg of caffeine, 150mg of teacrine. Everyone is different but this seems to be a good initial max.

At first I wasn't a big believer in Theacrine...most of the products I had tried it in included only 25 to 50mg of the stuff and I never really noticed its effects all.

However, I've recently been using two pre workouts that have dosed it at 100mg (along with 200mg caffeine) and the energy derived from it is significantly noticeable. I do enjoy the feeling I have from the ingredient and the way the workouts have been going with it.

I recently got some bulk caps and may try adding it to a non Theacrine containing pre workout to see how it stacks up when used in an efficacious amount (i.e. 100mg).

If you have it in bulk, maybe dose 3-4 hours prior. But like I stated before, levels peak to 80% around the 1 hour mark. Which IMO, I would just dose then. But it would be interesting to compare between 3-4 hours and 1 hour for anecdotal purposes.

The flavor blocker to handle teacrine wasn't developed till 3 months ago roughly. The newer pre's that come out are likely to have higher dosing than the original ones for that reason. The stuff is god awful as far as taste. We played around with it months back and 50mg would ruin a 25,000mg active product. Would be less offensive to **** in a jug and flavor it vs using that stuff. Hence why I made the caps.

Yeah, I tried a product with only 25mg I believe (maybe 50mg), and the taste wasn't not good.

Yes it definitely makes the 200mg if the products have much more sustained energy when paired with the 100mg theacrine. In fact, recently I've been enjoying that combo more than just 300mg caffeine in my workouts.

Wonder how it pairs with the "exotic stims" like DMHA or DMAA?

Did 150mg.. should have used more G-rade ughhh but whateves stuff is fire yo.

I have roughly one serv left of supercharge but not sure if should mix teac with advantra Z.

Synephrine stimulator effect is quite small but Theacrine does increase the solubility of other stimulants by a large margin.
