Hello there folks, I have been on Whey Protein for a couple of months now and am seeing to get a fully lean body.
like i said i have been consuming Whey Protien and Casien Protein aswell for a couple of months and i recently ordered ON's Pro BCAA supplement aswell but since whey is already rich in BCAA(one serving of ON's Whey Protein has 24G Protein plus 5.5G BCAA plus 4G Glutamine, i was unsure if how much grams of "ON's Pro BCAA" should i be consuming, it is usually recommended to have it 5-10g before and pre & post workout and since i already am consuming 5G of BCAA through my whey supplementation, i was unsure of the amount of BCAA i should be consuming.
Any Help would be Much Appreciated Folks.

The FDA has concluded that exactly 10g of BCAAs are needed per day and they can only be consumed in a 2:1:1 ratio otherwise they are completely unusable in the body.
j/k of course, what the other guys said above. Personally I aim for around 5g of free form BCAAs per sitting and I do like to take them pre/intrWO and/or between meals. i have been using my BCAA supplement for almost a week now and i can see the difference already bud, plus my DOMS seem to have reduced and its taken me to a whole new level in the gym, you want me to disregard my results and regard the comments here instead? i got here asking for the quantity of it to be consumed, just needed to be sure if i wasn't overdosing!!
