Given BPI's affinity for amino acid bonding I'm surprised you wouldn't promote zinc glycinate as opposed to citrate.

And no, it will not increase free test or test for that matter unless deficient, though deficiency is more prevalent than once thought. One could say the same thing for being on low calories, or fat and then increasing them to baseline levels needed and then stating they will increase test.

No one needs to take 50mg of elemental zinc a day. And if theyre taking 50mg of Zinc Citrate, you are talking maybe 17mg of elemental which is more than an sufficient amount. And it's not high enough to impact copper bioavailability.

Because the studies that OP cited in the first post didn't use zinc citrate and he doesn't believe in studies.

Interesting but I'm not sold.
It looks like most were zinc deficient and all these studies did was prove if Zinc deficiency is there, then supplementing to normal levels boosts test levels.
