This is well known. If you're deficient in zinc it will impact your hormones. Supplements can fix this.
You don't need to supplement copper or selenium to improve bioavailability. If you're deficient, the biological response is rapidly increased with supplementation.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

Yes was using it by Jarrow, about 20 years ago. It was sold with copper I believe. Used to come in a blue bottle by them, now it's brown.
And no, it will not increase free test or test for that matter unless deficient, though deficiency is more prevalent than once thought. One could say the same thing for being on low calories, or fat and then increasing them to baseline levels needed and then stating they will increase test.
the real question has always been, can something increase test without a prior deficiency. The EDGE is Calling, Come Join Me for some SCIENCE and Entertainment: Instagram User name- sciencewithsebastian

Taking large quantities of zinc (50 mg/day or more) over a period of weeks can interfere with copper bioavailability. High intake of zinc induces the intestinal synthesis of a copper-binding protein called metallothionein. Metallothionein traps copper within intestinal cells and prevents its systemic absorption.

Some studies have shown zinc to increase free test levels over time without deficiency.
