An appropriate caloric surplus with a solid training program are your best bets..

    Also look into:
    Creatine
    Betaine
    Forskolin 95
    Phosphatidic acid

All of these are great. I will usually do PA and anabeta elite when i'm trying to put on some muscle. It boils down to your diet and training program tho.

Phosphatidic Acid at 750-1500mg per day
Arachidonic Acid at 1000-2000mg per day
AnaBeta Elite at 2 caps twice per day

Pick one of these and run give it a good run for 8-12 weeks, then switch it up. Run each one separately before stacking any of the three.

And in order to put on lean muscle tissue, you're going to need to be in a caloric surplus or none of the above are going to do much of anything in terms of muscle growth.

Really focus on your diet if not doing so already. I have used x gels once and really liked the results.

Pretty much the staples of anyone's supplement regime. With that said a caloric surplus and meeting daily macros is going to play a much larger role than supplements.

Like the others have said, a whey protein will help supplement your diet if you can't consume an adequate amount of protein through whole foods.

Caloric surplus, hit your macros, and train hard/consistently = muscle gain.

Increase your protein and calorie intake and start using some creatine. Load 5 grams per day for 2 weeks, then 5 grams only on training days

    Creatine
    Betaine
    Forskolin 95
    Phosphatidic acid
Great list here. Phosphatidic acid is one of my current favorite ingredients. I get mine from our product PhosphaMuscle. I've really never used Forskolin before.

Arachidonic acid (X-Factor Advanced is my recommendation, just has worked better for me than the regular X-Factor)
    HMB
    Phosphatidic acid

Look into more food. That's your best bet. If you're not eating enough, no supplement is going to help you gain mass.

Oddly enough nutrition is one of the main aspects that is overlooked in regards to fitness by the common public.

Science greatly supports Creatine Monohydrate, Betaine, HMB and Arachidonic Acid (X-Factor).

The phosphatide content of the softgels may differ from the granules, and may not contain as much (or any) PA. Just going by the Phosphatidylcholine and inositol content (540/360mg), I'd say if there is PA, it's going be much, much less than a serving of granules (PC and Inositol in a serving of Fearn granules is ~3450mg/2100mg respectively). I'd email NOW to be sure, though.

The best bet is Olympus Labs Tri1umph, which has SL with the amount of PA listed on the label.
"No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him" (John 1:18)

    Current stack (Bulking):
    OL Tr1umph
    OL Re1gn
    OL Ep1logue
    MT Clear Muscle
    Evomuse Gut Health
    ZMA
    PES Select
